Terms & Conditions
Full payment is required for all online bookings in advance, at the time of booking your golf, laser or Funstation experience.
Funstation cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen Fun-cards. We will endeavour to replace any lost or stolen cards however card points/tokens balance is the responsibility of the card holder. Any lost/spent balance will not be reimbursed.
Points balance' on Funcards will expire automatically 12 months after last use. Please note that the 12 month period will renew each time the funcard is used.
Online bookings and any subsequent payments made to Funstation Ltd (including Volcano Falls & Laser Station) are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Funstation Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, change or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time.
Your Online Booking
Once we have taken payment for your booking, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of booking.
You will need your booking email to collect your tickets at the venue. Entry may be refused if you do not bring your confirmation email.
Alterations To Your Booking
If you wish to change your booking at any time after you have paid please contact us by telephone or using the online form. We do not make any guarantees and we do not offer refunds. If we are able to change your booking, they will confirm this over the phone.
