Party FAQs
Q. What games are included in the package?
A. All our fantastic games are included except Virtual Reality (VR) games and direct prize winning machines such as grabbers and cranes. All available games will have a flashing green swiper.
Q. Can guests win prize points during time play?
A. During this time guests will play for fun, not prize points, however 500 points are included on your card already.
Q. What featured attraction is included?
A. This will depend on the location as follows:

Castleford/Milton Keynes/Sheffield - One VR Game

Hull/Nottingham - One game of Highway Bowling

Birmingham - One ride on the dodgems
These attractions will expire at the end of the day.
To drive the dodgems guests must be at least 125cm. Where a guest us shorter than 125cm an alternative game will be offered or they can ride as a passenger if over 100cm.
Q. How does the package work?
A. Collect your Funcard and begin your 50 minutes of timed play. Enjoy the featured attraction and then finish up by spending your 500 Prize Points on some of our amazing prizes.
Q. What does the Birthday guest receive?
A. They will receive a complimentary 1000 prize points.
Q. Is there a Party Host?
A. We do not offer a party host, however, our staff are always there to help when needed.
Q. How many guests may I invite?
A. There is a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 32 guests.
Q. Does the Birthday package include food?
A. No, but there are plenty of restaurants around all our venues.
Q. Can we bring our own food on site?
A. No, unfortunately we do not allow you to bring food onto site.
Q. When do you run the birthday packages?
A. Our Birthday Package is available to book every day, subject to availability
Q. Can we turn up on the day without booking?
A. All bookings must be made online atleast 3 days prior to the event
Q. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
A. ‘Please contact the site at least 24 hours prior to your booking if you would like to reschedule your party for another date and we will do our best to accommodate.

Less than 24 hours notice or no show - Fully chargeable
As long as we’re aware more than 24 hours' notice you will be offered the opportunity to transfer the payment to a future booking.
Q. What if some of my guests do not show up? Do I still pay for them?
A. For any guests who do not turn up you will receive back as in-store credit.
Q. What happens if we bring more guests on the day?
A. Additional guests will be able to pay prior to the booking starting on the day
