All our fantastic games are included and have unlimited play except for Virtual Reality (VR), Pixel and direct prize-winning machines such as grabbers and cranes. All available games will have a flashing green swiper.

With our packages, you're playing for fun and not prizes. However, each guest's Fun Card will be preloaded with 500 prize points so they can choose a prize from the Prize Station.
For the Funstation Birthday Party and Sundae Funday packages Birthday Children get an extra 500 prize points (1000 in total) as our VIP!

The featured attraction depends on the location:
Belfast & Leeds: One Game of Pixel Interactive Floor per person
Castleford, Edinburgh, Milton Keynes & Sheffield: One VR Game Experience per person
Hull & Nottingham: One game of Highway 66 Bowling per person
Birmingham: One ride on Route 66 Dodgems per person
These attractions will expire at the end of the day.
Note: To drive the dodgems, guests must be at least 125cm tall. Where a guest is shorter than 125cm, an alternative game will be offered, or they can ride as a passenger if over 100cm tall.

Our packages are super easy. On the day of your party or group visit, simply collect your Fun Card from the Prize Station and begin your timed play by simply tapping on your first game. Enjoy the featured attraction and then finish up by spending your 500 tickets on some of our amazing prizes.

The Birthday guest is our VIP and they will receive an additional 500 Prize Points (1000 in total) to choose a fantastic prize.

You will not have a party host, however, all of our friendly team members are always there to help when needed.

Funstation Birthday Parties: there is a minimum of 6 guests.
Powerplay Package: there is a minimum of 8 guests.
Sundae Funday Package (Belfast Only): there is a minimum of 6 guests.

Yes, Funstation Birthday Parties and Sundae Funday (Belfast) are designed for kids aged 14 and under (min. 6 guests).

No, the standard Kids Birthday Party Package and Powerplay Package does not include food. However, there are plenty of restaurants around all our venues.
For Belfast, the Sundae Funday package includes: 2 scoops of ice cream and DIY toppings.

No, unfortunately, we do not allow you to bring food onto the site.

Our Party and Group Packages are available to book every day, subject to availability. Bookings must be made at least three days in advance.

All bookings for the Party and Group Packages must be made online via our website at least 3 days before the event. You cannot turn up and purchase this package on the day.

Please contact the site via telephone at least 24 hours before your booking if you would like to reschedule your party for another date and we will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
Cancellation Notice Periods:
7+ days: Full Refund
3 to 7 days: 50% refund
24 hours to 3 days: Receive back as store credit
Less than 24 hours or no show: Fully chargeable
As long as we are aware with more than 24 hours' notice, you will be offered the opportunity to transfer the payment to a future booking. Terms and conditions can be found here.

For any guests who do not turn up, you will receive the payment back as in-store credit. We do not offer refunds.

Yes. Additional guests will be able to pay before the booking starts on the day of the event. Please notify the site team via telephone or email.
