Our roles...
Our Team Members are on the fun frontline. Greeting guests, helping customers, giving out prizes , they’re flexible team players who aren’t afraid to get stuck in. They know that little things matter, and are dedicated to making every visit amazing, every time for each and every customer.
Team Members
Our Supervisors do everything that our Team Members do... but are great at going that extra step further for both their fellow Team members and for the customers. They are good at problem solving and know how to help everyone and fully support the Managers when needed.
Team Supervisors
Our Managers are great all-rounders. Organised, supportive leaders with an eagle eye for detail, they’re responsible for all things Fun – from totting up the finances to keeping the team happy, safe, and inspired to go above and beyond. They are the heart beat of the the site.
