Each escape room challenge lasts 60 minutes.

Each room accommodates a maximum of 6 players. For health and safety reasons we cannot allow groups of more than six in each room.

We do not have a specific age limit for our escape rooms. However, to ensure the best possible experience and chance of success, we recommend that children are accompanied by an adult.

Younger players are welcome, but their safety and well-being are our top priorities. Please note that, for safeguarding reasons, our staff are unable to act as carers for any guests while on-site. A dedicated Games Master will be monitoring your experience remotely and is available to provide hints or guidance as needed.

To help everyone enjoy the game in a safe, fun and responsible way, we strongly encourage a parent or guardian to accompany any children inside the room.

No. You are never locked in and you can leave at any time. There’s always an emergency exit and your game master will monitor your team throughout.

No, our escape rooms do not feature live actors.

If your team doesn’t escape within 60 minutes, the game master will help you exit safely.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time for a safety briefing and to get started promptly. Late arrivals may result in a reduced playtime or forfeiture of your booking.
